We posted a brand new video and ranked in the "Top 100 Non-Profits" for the day on YouTube.com!
We need your help to keep that momentum going! The higher the ranking, the more views we'll get by NEW people! You can help keep our ranking high and spread the word about HELPSudan to lots of new people just by viewing the video and by encouraging your friends or family members to view the video too.
There are tons of ways to spread the word. You can become a HELPSudan Fan (or join our Cause) on Facebook and send the video link to your friends, or re-tweet the link on Twitter (while you're at it, follow us!).
As you can see, a lot of hard work goes into preparing the soil and making the bricks. But, we think you'll be overjoyed with the results: over 33,000 Compressed Earth Blocks made so far in 2009! We're looking forward to the day we can show you these bricks turned into the WALLS of a permanent school building for Thianwei! Thank you for your help, contributions, and support in reaching that goal.

The initial mission of HELPSudan is to start new schools in Southern Sudan, providing pencils and notebooks for hands that might have taken up arms, and an education for minds that once only understood war.
